Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t already been packaged or shipped. The cancelation will count as an return, if it happens after the product has been shipped. That adds an shipping return cost for you.

You will receive your refund for the products after your return has been approved. Refund time takes approximately 3-5 business days, maximum 30 days.

The refunded product should be in its original shipping packaging. If you return the product without this, we will make a depreciation on the refund amount. The product needs to be in the same condition as when you received it. We take the right to make a depreciation deduction on the refund, for example the condition on the product has been severely damaged so it cant be sold further. Contact us for additional help.

You have 14 days right of withdrawal, from the date that you received your order. Right of withdrawal applies stock items.

There are specific occasions where the right of withdrawal does not apply:

It does not apply for products that are special made after your specific wishes (Custom made)

It does not apply for business customers, companies.

Step One: You need to report the refund by contacting us by email, tell us your order number and the name of the product you’ll like to refund. You will have to report the refund within 14 days that you received it.

Step Two: Send back the product to us, you as a customer will have to pay for the shipping cost. The products need to be available within 14 days of your report. You as a customer are responsible that the product is properly packaged to not get damaged or dirty during the shipping process.

Step Three: If you have paid with Klarna, report a refund within klarna to pause your invoice. You will be refunded after the return has been approved. The payback takes 3-5 business days, and maximum 30 days.

If your product has been damaged during shipping you need to contact the shipping company to file a complaint. We recommend that you review the product upon pickup. You also need to report shipping damages to us within 3 days after receiving the product. We will reject your report if it comes after 14 days. It is very important that you save the shipping packaging so that we can investigate your errand.
